Deep Tissue Massage

The Deep Tissue Massage technique uses firm pressure and slow strokes to massage deep
layers of muscle and facia, which is the connective tissue that surrounds your muscles. It is
not unusual to have some lingering soreness for a few days after this treatment. Using a
heating pad or a cold pack wrapped in a towel may help to relieve soreness. We can assure
you that this process is completely safe but recommend our customers to rest at least 12
hours before the next workout.

Classic Swedish Massage

One of the most popular forms of massage. Swedish massage uses long strokes and light-to-
firm pressure to provide gentle relaxation. In the full body Swedish massage, your therapist
will usually start by massaging your back and neck, then the legs, arms, hands and
sometimes the feet. This includes a relaxing head massage. Also known as a scalp or Indian
head massage.

A mixture of Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Classic Swedish Massage, often
enhanced with aromatherapy and holistic relaxing massage. Our Classic Swedish Massage

Pregnancy Massage

Our practice is located next to a maternity care and offers a prenatal massage treatment.
We use specially adapted gentle and soothing massage, tailored specially for the mother-to-
be. As a Dutch term “Zwangerschap Massage” applies to any hands-on massage treatment
for women during her pregnancy.

Aroma Touch Massage
 

This specific type of therapy that incorporates the use of scented essential oils into a
massage. The massage involves alternating between gentle and harder pressure while using
a specific blend of essential oils. The main benefits of our Aroma Touch Massage are

Hot Stone Massage

During a Hot Stone Massage, smooth, flat, heated stones are placed on specific parts of your
body. The heat and smoothness of the stones rolling over your body is still relaxing, but
more invigorating than a traditional Swedish massage. It is used to help you relax and ease
tense muscles and damaged soft tissues throughout your body, also allowing the therapist
to work more effectively throughout the back and shoulder areas.
